History and Philosophy

SOB Group, founded in Barcelona, is a multidisciplinary, creative and technical team, with international projection, whose main goal is to achieve a balance between aesthetic richness, technical efficiency and the sustainable use of available resources, both human and natural, economic and logistics in each of its projects and works in order to provide the greatest possible comfort to its users. The wide range of services of the SOB Group, mainly carried out to its touristic, commercial and residential projects, includes architectural design, interior design, urban design, development of territorial and urban plans of all scales, the development of MEP projects, construction management and the management and quality control of the design and execution processes of projects and works of all kinds. SOB Group carries out these tasks as the direct manager in charge of them or as an advisor, technical consultant and/or supervisor.

Our professional team of architects, engineers and technical experts work in a coordinated manner, seeking the most suitable solutions to reach the design goals from the first sketches and throughout the entire process.
Our projects and works show that, for us, generating architecture entails a huge responsibility to society and nature.

In all spheres of life and in all of humankind's activities, advanced societies strive to achieve a goal of balance that we,society, have come to coin “sustainability".

ENGINEERING

The services we provide cover a broad spectrum within the sphere of engineering, from design, drafting of projects and calculation of special, electrical and mechanical emp to the processing of environmental licenses and legalisations, as well as the tendering and management of works. In all cases, optimal quality of service constitutes our primary goal.

MANAGEMENT

We guarantee that relevant targets shall be met and quality shall be upheld in all our services and, indeed, we set up an exclusive work team devoted to each project.
